Tom Brady may be a pretty boy who wears fancy clothes and has a passion for fashion, but he has a mouth that a mother would just love to wash out with a bar of soap.
On Wednesday, Brady was asked what his mood is typically like leading up to a game like the AFC Championship. He told reporters he can get pretty “edgy” but that his overall mood tends to fluctuate. He described it in a way that will not please the FCC and could warrant a small fine.
“Sometimes I’m in a good mood,” Brady said. “Sometimes I’m in a sh***y mood — bad mood, sorry.”
Naturally, everyone in the room was amused.
That wasn’t near as bad as when Brady went F-bomb crazy earlier this year, though CBS shouldn’t have shown the replay. And in Brady’s defense, asking what kind of mood he’s in on a week like this is pretty lame. I’d probably try to spice things up with a colorful answer, too.
