Tony Romo is set to make his long-awaited return against the Miami Dolphins this weekend, and he is not ready to give up on making the playoffs despite a 2-7 record. A tweet he sent on Tuesday made that perfectly clear.
In what is almost certainly an unofficial announcement that he is back, Romo shared a classic “Major League” reference on Twitter.

The Cowboys haven’t won a single game since Romo went down, but they are fortunate enough to be playing in a mediocre division. The 5-5 New York Giants currently hold the lead in the NFC East, so a comeback is far from impossible.
Romo should give his team’s offense a major boost. And given the recent report we shared with you about Dez Bryant’s attitude, the quarterback could not be returning at a better time.
