Travis Kelce questionable after leaving game with hamstring injury

The Kansas City Chiefs are, at least for the moment, without tight end Travis Kelce.
Kelce was mysteriously absent for Kansas City’s opening drive of the second half, and was not even on the sideline. According to the Chiefs, he was being evaluated for a hamstring injury, and is questionable to return.

Kelce was spotted on the sideline after Kansas City scored a touchdown on that drive, and appeared to be lobbying head coach Andy Reid to let him return to the game.
It was obvious that something was off when Kelce didn’t play on the Chiefs’ opening drive of the second half, even once the team got into the red zone. That’s usually where Kelce is at his strongest, and he was nowhere to be seen. The Chiefs scored on that drive, but they’ll definitely need the star tight end going forward. He had eight catches for 83 yards and three touchdowns in the opening half.
