NFL officials were certainly feeling some kind of way during Sunday’s action.
The Arizona Cardinals played Sunday against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. Video went viral of a moment during the second half in which Cardinals star tight end Trey McBride got into an argument with referee Jeff Seeman (who wears No. 45).
Seeman was shown in the video seemingly telling McBride, “F–k you,” multiple times. A backpedaling McBride then saw that the incident had been caught on camera and proceeded to point and laugh.
Here is the clip.

Seeman has been a line judge in the NFL since 2002. He is the son of the late Jerry Seeman, himself a longtime NFL referee who was the league’s Senior Director of Officiating from 1991-2001 and eventually got his No. 70 retired by the NFL.
McBride and the Cardinals, meanwhile, would go on to lose to the Giants by a final score of 36-24. Bizarrely enough though, McBride was not even the only NFL player to be victimized by a referee’s behavior during Sunday’s slate of games.
