Kentrell Brothers has been suspended the first four games of the upcoming NFL season for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drugs policy, the league announced on Friday.
The suspension will cost the Minnesota Vikings linebacker $148,235, according to the Pioneer Press’ Chris Tomasson.
Mostly used as a special teamer, Brothers will not be able to return to the active roster until after Week 4. He would not be eligible to play until the Vikings’ game against the Eagles on Oct. 7.
