Wade Phillips will reportedly coach from private box after sideline collision
Wade Phillips will be coaching the Denver Bronco defense on Sunday, but it won’t be from the sideline.
The Broncos defensive coordinator will reportedly be in the coaches box on Sunday due to injuries he suffered during a sideline collision the previous week.
Due to a fractured rib suffered last week in a collision on the sideline, Wade Phillips will run his defense from the coaches box tonight.

Phillips turned out okay after the scary collision, which you can see here. He worked through the week, but you can understand why he’s not going to be anywhere near the field until he’s a bit more healed up.
