Avalanche fans correctly predicted team would extend series
The power of positive thinking is definitely working for the Colorado Avalanche.
The Avs beat the Predators 2-1 in Nashville on Friday to extend the series to a sixth game. That’s something many Avalanche workers/fans saw coming, according to head coach Jared Bednar.
Walking out of Pepsi Center tonight, multiple employees finishing up their duties greeted me with “See you Sunday coach”. Love the positivity around the building and city. Supportive, All In.

Bednar tweeted that note after the Avs lost Game 4 of the series at home to fall 3-1 in the series. But the people he came across apparently knew the team would win Game 5 to extend things for a return trip home. Now the series heads back to Denver for Game 6 with the Avs looking to tie it and take it a Game 7.
