Blues hero Pat Maroon celebrates with superfan Jon Hamm after Game 7 goal
Pat Maroon was the hero for the Blues in their 2-1 Game 7 win over the Dallas Stars on Tuesday and then celebrated with one of the team’s most famous fans.
Maroon scored the game-winning goal in double overtime to send St Louis to the Western Conference finals:

That was Maroon’s third goal of the postseason and easily his biggest.
After the game, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Benjamin Hochman captured this video of Maroon celebrating with actor Jon Hamm.

Hamm, best known for playing Don Draper in the hit TV show “Mad Men,” is a St. Louis native and big fan of the city’s sports teams. Maroon is also a St. Louis native, so they know how big of a goal this was for the franchise, which has never won a Stanley Cup.
The Blues await the Game 7 winner of the Colorado Avalanche-San Jose Sharks series.
