Tyler Seguin had a breakout year with the Dallas Stars last season, and he is currently training hard in hopes of duplicating it in a few months. And as any good hockey player would tell you, there is nothing more important than a strong core.
One of the ways Seguin is strengthening his core is by allowing people to hit golf balls off his crotch. He took some time to work out while hosting the Fourth Period’s Charity Golf Classic on Thursday.

Seguin said having the ball hit off his groin area “tickled.” I’d say that makes him a pretty lucky guy. We can only imagine how wrong that could have gone.
