FOX Sports distanced itself from Clay Travis after the radio host made headlines Friday for “inappropriate” comments made on CNN.
Travis was a guest on CNN but was dropped from the interview by host Brooke Baldwin, who took great offense to Travis proudly declaring he only believes in the first amendment and boobs.

The video generated tremendous buzz and polarized audiences, with some being offended by Travis’ comments and others not understanding the outrage.
FOX Sports, for whom Travis used to be a television and web personality, issued a statement about the matter, calling Travis’ remarks “inappropriate.”
“His comments were inappropriate. Clay Travis has not worked at FOX Sports for six months and is a syndicated talent of Premiere Networks,” FOX said in a statement shared by Sports Business Journal’s John Ourand.
Travis later claimed on Twitter that he was invited back on CNN to discuss his comments Monday. He is known for being a host of the shockjock variety, meaning he frequently makes outrageous comments. Baldwin said she would not have Travis back.
