Zlatan Ibrahimovic got into it with LAFC coach Zak Abdel after El Trafico
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was caught on video getting into it with an LAFC coach after leading the LA Galaxy to a 3-2 win over LAFC on Friday night in El Trafico.
Ibrahimovic recorded a hat trick in the win, backing up some serious trash talk he did leading up to the game.
After the game, Ibrahimovic and LAFC assistant coach Zak Abdel got into it and were separated. Abdel appeared to be motioning with his elbow, seemingly complaining about an elbow by Ibrahimovic on Mohamed El Munir. Ibrahimovic appeared to tell Abdel “go home”, with many thinking he called the coach a “b—.” It’s also possible Ibrahimovic was telling Abdel to get off the “pitch” — which is the British word for a soccer field.
