Brock Lesnar making UFC return? He supposedly will attend UFC 168
Is Brock Lesnar making some sort of UFC return? That’s the hot gossip.
MMA Fighting said on Thursday there have been rumors all week that Lesnar, the former UFC heavyweight champion and current WWE star, would be attending the big UFC 168 show in Las Vegas on Saturday.
During a media scrum on Thursday, UFC boss Dana White was asked about Lesnar attending the show. White tried to play dumb and say he did not know why Lesnar would be attending, but he looked down when he said that and had a sly grin on his face. It was pretty obvious that he was hiding something.

Lesnar hasn’t fought since losing to Alistair Overeem two years ago at UFC 141. Lesnar said after the fight that he was retiring from the UFC. He cited his diverticulitis as one of the reasons for stepping away from the sport.
The last time Lesnar showed up to attend a fight card was last year for UFC 146. Lesnar supposedly was interested in a return that time, but the meeting between him and White went terribly, according to White.
If you follow the pattern, it seems like Lesnar attends fights when he’s interested in becoming involved with the organization. And even if he doesn’t make a comeback, just having his name out there and associated with the company is good for UFC business.
