Ric Flair recovering well, fiancee says she ‘witnessed a miracle’
After undergoing an emergency surgical procedure earlier this month, WWE legend Ric Flair is said to be doing well and on the road to recovery.
On Tuesday night, Flair’s fiancee Wendy Barlow revealed on Facebook that The Nature Boy is set to begin physical therapy soon. Barlow described the way Flair bounced back as a “miracle.”

More positive news came Wednesday morning, when Flair (or someone running his Twitter account) tweeted some words of encouragement.

The exact nature of Flair’s health complications remains unknown, but reports say the 68-year-old was placed in a medically-induced coma and had to have a piece of his colon surgically removed because of an intestinal blockage. Flair recently admitted that he has struggled with alcohol abuse, and his drinking habits are believed to have contributed to the health issues.
