The Rock has hilarious exchange with Hulk Hogan impersonator

The Rock had a hilarious exchange with a Hulk Hogan impersonator during “RAW” on Monday night in Miami.

The Peoples Champion was appearing on RAW since the show was in his hometown. He was messing with a fan in the crowd at American Airlines Arena who was dressed like Hulk Hogan, and he got in a funny line as he implied the fan was high on weed:
