Barry Bonds Throws Out Giants First Pitch, Looks Like Normal Human Being Again

Much like Rangers legend Nolan Ryan who was asked to throw out the first pitch in the ALDS for Texas, Giants legend Barry Bonds was invited to throw out the first pitch prior to Game 3 of the NLCS in San Francisco Tuesday. Bonds was in excellent spirits and received a nice welcome from his home crowd. What stood out immediately was how much different Barry looks. He’s no longer all roided up on horse pills and cow hormones and he actually looks normal. More accurately, as LBS contributor Alan Hull put it, he looked deflated (and we’re not talking about emotionally). Check out the pictures of Barry Bonds now and back when he was juiced up for comparison:

Looks a lot different now, doesn’t he? Any wonder how he bashed 73 home runs? The prosecution rests, your honor.

The best part about seeing Barry was the little dance he did out to the mound. As much as I rooted against him, they need to get his likeness back into AT&T.

It makes me sick that Giant fans cheer Bonds knowing he used steroids and had a surly attitude to begin with. The warm greeting they gave him, combined with my dislike of Bruce Bochy have really polarized me as rooting for every team which plays the Giants.

It will be hard for me to root for anybody if the Giants and Yankees meet up in a World Series.

    That’s because you’re an idiot.

Why do you care if anyone takes roids? How do you know guys back in the day weren’t on them too?

Bonds only looks different in these pictures because he hasn’t worked out like he used too.

Anyone who hates Barry Bonds for using steroids is an ass, considering you praise people who use cocaine and other drugs.

Steroids only makes you stronger, you still have to have the skills to be that dominant for as long as Bonds was.

    Giants for life!

Your poor grammar and penchant for making personal attacks on anyone who disagrees with you shows that you are an uneducated, opinionated, intolerant individual who takes sports and himself much too seriously.
