The woman who is suing Shannon Sharpe has been identified by the Hall of Fame tight end’s legal team, and she has a massive social media following.
Sharpe has been sued in Nevada by a woman named Gabriella Zuniga. The woman, who says she entered into a consensual relationship with Sharpe after the two met at a Los Angeles gym in 2023, is seeking more than $50 million after she claims Sharpe assaulted her on multiple occasions.
In a press release on Tuesday announcing a news conference to address the allegations, Sharpe’s attorney Lanny Davis revealed that Zuniga goes by the internet persona “Karli.” Davis said Zuniga is an “OnlyFans user” and has a social media profile with the handle @sheiskarli.

Zuniga had nearly 500,000 followers on Instagram as of Tuesday afternoon. Her page consists of mostly bikini photos and lingerie shoots:
Zuniga’s profile also contains a link to her OnlyFans pages, where she charges $12.99 per month for a so-called VIP subscription.
Sharpe has vehemently denied all of the allegations from Zuniga. Sharpe’s legal team says Zuniga’s lawsuit contains a highly edited video of a sexual encounter that aims to misrepresent the relationship between the two. The 56-year-old’s lawyers have also provided copies of graphic text messages that they say prove Zuniga is misrepresenting the dynamic between her and Sharpe.
Sharpe currently appears on ESPN’s “First Take” and hosts his popular “Club Shay Shay” podcast. A recent report stated that he is on the verge of landing a $100 million media deal.
