Bradley Beal acknowledges he was ‘beyond mad’ after fouling out

Bradley Beal

Bradley Beal had a visible reaction after fouling out late in Game 4 of the Washington Wizards-Toronto Raptors series on Sunday, and he acknowledged after the game how mad he was.

The game was tied at 92 with under five minutes to play when Beal was called for a foul on what appeared to be incidental contact with DeMar DeRozan. He began running down the sideline and appeared to be cursing after fouling out, known that he had been taken out of a key game.

According to ESPN’s Ohm Youngmisuk, Beal acknowledged after the game that he was “beyond mad” over what happened.

“I was beyond emotional, beyond mad, pretty much any synonym you can add to the list,” Beal said.

Beal also told his teammates that John Wall would lead them to victory, and he was right. After dropping the first two games of the series in Toronto, Washington has evened things up. They won on Sunday 106-98. Beal had 31 points on 10 of 19 shooting before fouling out.
