Dwight Howard vents to Twitter follower that Magic don’t care about him

Dwight Howard’s inability to decide on his future has resulted in the NBA’s most tiresome story line over the past year. He has repeatedly said he wants out of Orlando, but then signed on for another year with the team, and yet he still reportedly wants out.

The private messages he sent one person over Twitter indicate he’s upset with the Magic organization. Responding to a question from Markee Randolph, who goes by @MagicMarkee on Twitter and says he works at Amway Center and has had conversations with Howard in person, Howard sent the following DMs:

Some of those messages discuss perception and how the Magic have made him look bad. But then he sent a few more messages venting about Orlando’s lack of concern regarding his health:

Dwight’s trying to get people in his corner one direct message at a time. But do I sympathize with him over his plight? Not at all. He put himself in this situation and both parties are equally responsible for the mess they’ve created; Dwight for his inability to make a decision, and the Magic for their decision not to trade him when they should have.
