Kyrie Irving girlfriend Kehlani tried to commit suicide
R&B singer Kehlani revealed on Instagram Monday night that she tried to commit suicide after rumors surfaced that she had cheated on Kyrie Irving.
Before deactivating her Instagram account, Kehlani shared a photo that showed her lying in a hospital bed with an IV in her arm. She explained that she attempted to kill herself and was devastated over being accused of cheating.

“Today I wanted to leave this earth,” Kehlani wrote. “Being completely selfish for once. Never thought I’d get to such a low point. But … Don’t believe the blogs you read .. No one was cheated on and I’m not a bad person … Everyone is hurt and everyone is in a place of misunderstanding. But as of today, I had no single wish to see tomorrow. But God saved me for a reason, and for that … I must be grateful. Cuz I’m not in heaven right now for a reason. On that note … Bye Instagram.”
As TMZ pointed out, Kehlani hinted in a separate Instagram post that she had broken up with Irving and gotten back with her ex-boyfriend, musical artist PND.
“I am severely utterly in love with my first love,” she wrote. “Went thru a bad breakup and ended up easing into a relationship with a man who was one of my bestfriend [Irving]. Tho we realized we both weren’t exactly at a time where we were prepared to do so. … No I’m not a CHEATER, a THOT, im a BELIEVER IN FOLLOWING YOUR HEART and not LYING TO YOURSELF.”
If Kehlani had, in fact, broken up with Irving and gotten back together with PND, that would help explain the photo that led to all the rumors and social media backlash.
