Nando De Colo broke his nose and is wearing a gnarly mask
Nando De Colo broke his nose during Thursday’s San Antonio Spurs-Brooklyn Nets game, but the tough guy didn’t miss much of the action. De Colo got hurt on an elbow from Andrei Kirilenko with about four minutes left in the second quarter. He was fitted with a protection mask and was able to return to the game midway through the third.
The Spurs announced that De Colo suffered a nasal fracture and that he planned to return to the game:
Injury update: Nando De Colo suffered a nasal fracture. He will attempt to return to tonight's game wearing a mask.

Here’s the play where he got hurt:
Nando had a couple of buckets after returning to the game. With him breaking his nose, that gave the Spurs two players who were wearing masks to protects their noses. Matt Bonner also had a mask on from an injury in January, and he may have re-broken the nose during the game as well.
