Rihanna blasts Matt Barnes, says she has never met him
Matt Barnes all but confirmed recently that he is dating Rihanna. Is the Memphis Grizzlies forward a liar?
TMZ reported on Friday that Barnes has gone on a couple of dates with Rihanna. The gossip site caught up with Barnes on Sunday and he proudly revealed that Rihanna is a “friend” but would not rule out the possibility of the relationship progressing further. He even said the two have gotten “past the crush stage.” Here’s the video:
Either Barnes is full of you-know-what or Rihanna doesn’t want anyone knowing she has been seeing him. Shortly after Barnes went public with the “friendship,” Rihanna blasted him on Instagram with a bunch of hashtags.

Rihanna is known as somewhat of a jersey chaser. She once had a thing with JR Smith and has also been linked to this MLB player. She also made a Philadelphia Eagles player her #ManCrushMonday.
If Barnes is in the early stages of dating Rihanna, he probably should have consulted her before talking to the paparazzi about it.
