Russell Westbrook dropped an obvious F-bomb on Dallas Mavericks fans during Game 4 between the Thunder and Mavs on Saturday.
Westbrook was dragged down behind the basket by Salah Mejri during the third quarter on a driving attempt at the basket. Mavs fans likely got defensive about Mejri even though Mejri instigated. Westbrook apparently heard it from Mavs fans and responded by hurling an F-bomb on some fans in the front row. Video and the comments from ESPN’s announcers confirm Westbrook’s actions:
Mejri was called for fouling Westbrook, who then went 1-for-2 at the line. Westbrook also made a 3-pointer on his following shot as a way of getting even.
