Nick Saban has incredible advice for his players on chasing girls

Nick Saban is a successful coach not just because of his preparation, recruitment and gameday decisions, but also because he knows how to get through to his players on a personal level. To that end, the man even advises his players with life lessons on hooking up with girls.

Monte Burke’s new book “Saban: The Making of a Coach” (buy it here) has some great nuggets of info that have been making news lately. We already touched on the Texas flirtation, and now we present this incredible advice from Saban on the risks of hooking up.

Here is an excerpt of the book shared by The Wall Street Journal’s Ben Cohen:

Many outlets have been making it seem like Saban wants to cheat on his wife with Hillary Rodham-Clinton, but they’re missing the point. We highly doubt Saban wants to get with the presidential candidate. His point is that it can only go wrong for you if you get with someone who has more to lose than you do.

Considering Saban has such great advice about matters of his players chasing women, you would think he would actually be able to provide some lessons is loyalty, but we all know he measures up short in that category.
