They have had some of the best coaches in history Spurrier (in college at least) and Gibbs a HOFamer and still have had little success. Snyder wants to win and is not afraid to spend. Even when they had the roster full of stars about 6 years back they could get nothing going. Don't know if Snyder is the problem but the next positive thing that I hear about him will be the first.
