Marshawn Lynch trolls Tom Brady, Patriots in Macklemore music video
Just when you thought the buzz from Deflategate and Tom Brady’s jersey theft might be dying down as we inch closer to the 2017 season, Macklemore went and released a new music video.
Macklemore, a Seahawks fan who is from the Seattle area, took some lighthearted swipes at Brady and the New England Patriots in the music video for his track “Marmalade” featuring Lil Yachty. And just to add a little more entertainment value, Marshawn Lynch made a guest appearance.
If you don’t want to listen to the whole track, the Patriots-related stuff starts at around the 2:25 mark:

We have seen countless Deflategate jokes over the past two years or so, but apparently they haven’t gotten old. Since Macklemore is from Seattle, it’s no surprise he didn’t reference the Seahawks opting to throw on the 2-yard line in Super Bowl XLIX rather than handing it off to his buddy Lynch. That would have really spiced up the music video.
