Aaron Judge takes important step toward returning to action
The New York Yankees are finally getting some good news on Aaron Judge and his ailing wrist.
According to Bryan Hoch of MLB.com, Judge is back to swinging a bat and hit off a tee on Monday, though the team still does not have a timetable for his return or even when he’ll face live pitching again.
Aaron Judge has resumed swinging a bat. Took swings today off a tee. Says he is feeling better but doesn’t know when he will face a pitcher.

Judge hasn’t played since July 26, when he fractured his wrist after being hit by a pitch. His recovery from that injury has taken longer than expected, though the Yankees say the expectation is still that he’ll be back and contributing before season’s end. We’re just not quite sure when that will be.
