Multiple teams are interested in bringing in Joe Maddon as their manager, but one team seems to have a better shot than the rest.
According to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic, the Los Angeles Angels are Maddon’s top choice, and he is set to interview with them this week.

Maddon is said to have interest from another California team as well, but they don’t have the same organizational ties. Maddon spent decades in the Angels’ organization and they have always been regarded as a favorite. It may be that they’re the singular favorite to land him.
