The Houston Astros’ 2017 World Series victory has officially been immortalized on general manager Jeff Luhnow’s car.
Luhnow took to Twitter on Monday to show off his new custom license plate that read “WS112.” The plate signified that Astros won 101 games in the regular season plus 11 in the playoffs to win the World Series.

Luhnow, 51, has served as Houston’s general manager since 2011, so he was very much the architect of their 2017 championship team. Meanwhile, the Astros are already off to a 3-1 start to the 2018 season, so now we will see if they can actually outdo 112 wins this year. In any case, this is a lot better than the custom license plate that one of Luhnow’s players used to sport.
