Astros OF Josh Reddick just wants to play baseball
MLB and the players’ union have been unable to agree on labor terms for a shortened, economically-impacted season. Josh Reddick’s stance on matters seems clear.
The Houston Astros outfielder sent a tweet on Saturday that expressed a very clear message: “I just want to play baseball.”
I just want to play baseball.

Reddick’s feelings probably are aligned with many other players who want to get back to work, but the sides are trying to work out a deal, and there has not been much progress.
Reddick is recovering from a November shoulder surgery and competing with Kyle Tucker for a spot in Houston’s outfield. He batted .275 with 14 home runs and a .728 OPS last season.
