They’re going to love them some Yasiel Puig in Cincinnati.

Puig was traded to the Reds on Friday as part of a massive 7-player deal. Upon the trade with the Los Angeles Dodgers being announced, the Cincinnati Zoo sent a funny tweet involving a previous visit by Puig to the zoo. The photo shows Puig squirming with a snake around his shoulders.

Welcome to Cincinnati @YasielPuig! We’re excited for you to visit the Cincinnati Zoo again & can’t wait to sssssee you play for the @reds! #reds pic.twitter.com/eqvRbFYC0E

Puig’s a good sport, and the person running the zoo’s social media account has a good memory to share that photo.

Puig was beloved by fans in Los Angeles. Maybe the same fate awaits him in Cincinnati, even if he’s only under team control for one season.
