The Cubs’ pitching staff isn’t in the greatest shape after a grueling five-game series against the Washington Nationals, though Friday’s day off will help them a little bit. The hope for them will be that things will be more in order by the time Game 3 comes around.
Chicago got a little bit more good news on Saturday with the reveal that a key Dodger will not be available for the series.
