Dylan Bundy likely shut down for the season
Dylan Bundy has suffered another setback in his career.
Baltimore Sun Orioles reporter Dan Connolly says Bundy has been shut down and it could be for the season:
Dylan bundy has been shut down, likely for the year. Buck wouldn't elaborate on shoulder troubles w Bundy but said no surgery.

Bundy, the No. 4 overall pick in the 2011 draft, at one point looked like the best prospect in baseball. In his first assignment to the South Atlantic League, the Orioles prospect allowed just five hits, two runs (none earned), walked two and struck out 40 in 30 innings. He enjoyed continued success upon his promotions to High-A ball and then Double-A ball, and he even was brought up briefly by the O’s in the 2012 season.
Bundy then missed the 2013 season to have Tommy John surgery, and he only made nine starts last year after his return. He had made eight starts this season in Double-A and now is being shut down once again. Hopefully he’ll be able to recover and get his career back on track.
