A fan at Tuesday’s Royals-Indians game in Cleveland went full Canseco.
The poor fan attempted to catch a foul ball, but he missed it and it bounced off his noggin:

We really hope that guy is OK. Considering someone took a foul ball off the face last year and seemed to be alright, we hope this man will be too.
