Fan rushes field at Blue Jays game, slides into 2nd base, tries to scale wall (Video)
Sunday’s game between the Toronto Blue Jays and Boston Red Sox was incredibly exciting — if you’re a Boston fan. The Red Sox destroyed the Jays by a score of 13-0, with Jon Lester pitching a fantastic game and Will Middlebrooks leading the way on offense with three home runs and a double.
Perhaps it was the lopsided affair that inspired one fan as the Rodgers Centre to provide the 40,000-plus in attendance with some unusual entertainment. Many fans have rushed the field at MLB games over the years (some of who have been completely laid out by security), but this guy decided to put a unique spin on it by sliding into second base. He then tried to climb over the outfield wall and escape.
This “vine” of a Blue Jays fan on the field is amazing!vine.co/v/bTQlwLIlbhV

Anything worth doing it worth doing right, which is why I certainly ain’t mad at this guy. He went all out and even thought he could get away by scaling a 12-foot wall. He can play for my team any time.
