Giancarlo Stanton biceps strain not believed to be serious
Giancarlo Stanton’s biceps strain does not appear to be a serious one.
According to New York Yankee manager Aaron Boone, Stanton will resume activities after ten days on the injured list, and the hope is that he will play again in April.
Giancarlo Stanton has a Grade 1 strain of his left biceps. He will be shut down for 10 days, then resume activities. Aaron Boone hopes to get him back in the lineup later this month.

It’s rough timing to have this happen so early in the season, but in a way, it’s also not the worst thing. Stanton will have time to rehabilitate himself and get himself ready for the rest of the season, and he won’t miss significant time in the process. Better now than in September to be sidelined with a muscle injury.
