San Francisco Giants pitcher Johnny Cueto’s elbow injury is serious enough that he’s seeing several doctors to try to figure out a course of action.
Manager Bruce Bochy admitted that Cueto will get “two or three” opinions on his sore elbow, including that of Dr. James Andrews.
Bochy said Cueto will seek two or three outside opinions on elbow, including likely Dr. James Andrews. Sounds like this is complicated, not as cut and dry as "surgery or not."

Cueto is battling elbow inflammation, and the issue looks like it might be a complicated one to pitch. It hurts the Giants badly, as Cueto has posted a 0.84 ERA so far and their rotation has already been shorthanded since the start of the season.
