Manny Machado was not happy with umpire Adrian Johnson after being called out on strikes in his first two at-bats of Game 1 of the NLDS between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Atlanta Braves on Thursday night.
The Dodgers shortstop punched out in the bottom of the first and again in the bottom of the third. After his second strike out, he complained about the calls to Johnson.

Machado can complain all he wants, but the pitch tracker on MLB.com shows that every called strike on Machado was in the zone.
Maybe this is more of a Manny Machado problem than an Adrian Johnson problem. After all, Mike Foltynewicz had 202 strikeouts during the regular season. He can be tough to hit.
