Gavin Lux is arriving for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters on Sunday that Lux is being added to the active roster and will make his debut for the team on Monday.

Lux is a top-10 prospect in baseball and possibly the best prospect based on what he did this season. The 21-year-old from Wisconsin batted .392 with a 1.197 OPS in Triple-A this season. He batted .347 with a 1.031 OPS across two levels in the minors this season. Now he will be making his Major League debut, meaning he will have jumped from Double-A to MLB in the same season.
Lux typically plays shortstop but has also seen time at second base this season. The Dodgers will have him play second base since Max Muncy is out with a wrist injury. The Dodgers did not make a major move at the trade deadline because of a refusal to trade Lux or Dustin May. May is already up with the team, and now Lux will get the chance to show what he can do too.
