Video shows Blue Jays fan who threw bottle onto field during play
Police in Toronto are still trying to identify the fan who threw a beer can onto the field during Tuesday’s wild-card game between the Blue Jays and Orioles. This video shared by a Rogers Media employee seems to locate the exact fan who threw the item onto the field.
Rogers Media employee Chris Tarroza shared this video Wednesday on Twitter that zooms in exactly on a man who wings a bottle onto the field at Rogers Centre just as Orioles outfielder Hyun Soo Kim was going back to field a fly ball in the bottom of the seventh inning. (update: Tarroza made his Twitter account private, making the video unavailable for public embedding)
Hey Beer Throwing Guy. If I found you this easily, the police already know who you are. #BlueJays #Orioles #MLBPlayoffs pic.twitter.com/OP3lZWqhlh

Kim was able to make the catch despite the can landing next to him. Both he and center fielder Adam Jones were pretty livid after the incident.
Even though the fans in the area did not give away the person who did it, many looked in the direction of the suspect:
@ChrisTarroza @AndrewStoeten If that's correct, that would mean that it was this guy. pic.twitter.com/Cghn8qh1zU

Toronto police have called on the fan to turn himself in and say they have photos.
