Milwaukee Brewers catcher William Contreras unleashed what may be the bat flip of the season on Sunday when he walked off the Milwaukee Brewers.
Contreras stepped up to the plate in the bottom of the ninth with two men on and the Brewers trailing 1-0. He proceeded to smash a no-doubt home run to dead center to cap off a Milwaukee sweep.
The only thing more epic than the swing was the bat flip, which Contreras didn’t even execute until after the ball had left the ballpark.

Contreras tossed the bat so high that no camera even caught it coming back down.

That is not so much a bat flip as it is a bat launch. Contreras even needs to take a moment to watch it just to make sure it does not come back down and hit him as he goes into his home run trot.
This is not the first time Contreras has garnered attention for his enthusiasm. Last time it had an opponent ready to fight him. This time, nobody actually tried to object to his celebration.
