Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins discussed reuniting
Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins, and Rajon Rondo were teammates once and apparently enjoyed it so much they wanted to experience it again.
During the 2017-2018 season, Davis, Rondo, and Cousins played for the New Orleans Pelicans. Following that season, Rondo signed as a free agent with the Los Angeles Lakers and Cousins, who was recovering from a torn Achilles tendon, shocked the NBA world by joining the Golden State Warriors.
The three are now teammates once again with the Lakers. According to Cousins, this is something that was discussed on several occasions.
On conference call with reporters, DeMarcus Cousins says he had multiple conversations with Anthony Davis and Rajon Rondo about reuniting in LA. He and AD had frequently discussed playing together again and that they didn’t want it to end the first time.

The last time Davis, Cousins, and Rondo were on the same team, they advanced to the second round of the playoffs. This time around they are hoping being on a team with LeBron James will take them even further.
