Chicago Bulls swingman Jimmy Butler got clowned by his USA Basketball teammates for suggesting in a recent interview that he would be a better wide receiver in the NFL than Demaryius Thomas and Antonio Brown. The remarks may have been made a bit facetiously, but Brown actually appears willing to see what Butler has got.
The four-time Pro Bowler shared an entertaining Photoshop of Butler in a Pittsburgh Steelers uniform to his Instagram account on Monday night.
Butler caught wind of Brown’s jab and, in his best Jules Winnfield voice (probably), said, “Well allow me to retort,” posting the following Photoshop of Brown in a Bulls jersey to his own Instagram a couple hours later.
I’d probably have to score this one a draw, all things considered. Brown’s Photoshop looks more realistic, but Butler earns bonus points for the attention to detail to use Brown’s actual jersey number 84 in his Photoshop.
Here’s hoping that athletes never stop finding new and creative ways to entertain us during the otherwise insufferable offseason.
