Bronny James at center of wild social media video

Bronny James has only been on Instagram for about a day and is already at the center of a social media matter.

A video showing Bronny dropping F-bombs and talking about b—es and hoes in a “PSA” started to circulate online Tuesday.

The origins and details surrounding the video are unclear. The video does not appear to have been posted to his Instagram profile in any way. It could just be a video he shared privately with someone who later exposed it.

Either way, the video makes Bronny and his family look bad and could serve as an important learning lesson for the 14-year-old.

Bronny is the son of LeBron James, the most famous active basketball player in the world. Anything he does will be scrutinized greater than nearly all other kids his age simply because of who his father is. He has to be extra careful with the way he conducts himself knowing that is the case, and he has learned how careful you need to be with what videos/photos you record and share, and what videos/photos you allow others around you to record and share.

Since his father welcomed him to Instagram with a threat to the trolls, Bronny has posted one photo to his profile and also shared a few images and video clips to his Instagram story. He was already over one million followers in fewer than 24 hours. He is already learning how hard it is to not just excel at basketball, but also how hard it is to avoid being a part of negative controversies when you’re in the spotlight.
