The 2024 NBA Draft is not necessarily viewed as one that will have a lot of teams clamoring to get into the top five. That does not mean nobody will, however.
According to Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times, the Chicago Bulls have at least raised the idea of trading up from No. 11. The team is in need of rim protection and could be eyeing UConn star Donovan Clingan as a possible target.
The Bulls do not necessarily sound like they are being aggressive about things, but they are at least considering the possibility that No. 11 might not be good enough for them to address their needs. The team is in an unusual spot, as one star player looks to be on his way out while the future of DeMar DeRozan is also unclear.

Clingan would be an ambitious target, but he makes sense with Andre Drummond headed for free agency. There is, however, a realistic possibility that the Bulls might not even get the chance to draft him even if they find a way into the top five.
