Never mind about the two front teeth. All Chandler Parsons wants for Christmas is his two strong knees.
Parsons hosted a Twitter Q&A on Friday and was asked by a follower what he was hoping for during the holiday season this year.
@ChandlerParsons what do you want for christmas

The 28-year-old Memphis Grizzlies forward responded thusly:
Healthy knees https://t.co/Otv2Yuf8XM

It’s a valiant wish for a player who still hasn’t fully recovered from his second right knee surgery back in March. Parsons earned a four-year max deal from the Grizzlies this past summer, but he’s only made six appearances for them this season (averaging 7.7 points and 3.0 rebounds per game) and is currently sidelined with a bone bruise in his left knee.
With the grandiose role that he’s hoping Parsons can play for the team, let’s just say that Grizzlies head coach David Fizdale probably has a similar desire for this Christmas as well.
