Prior to Monday’s playoff game between the Thunder and Mavericks, Charlie Villanueva got in the way of a pregame handshake routine involving Russell Westbrook and Cameron Payne. On Tuesday, Villanueva was apparently in a mood to talk about it.
In a video for FOX Sports, Villanueva spoke about the response to his actions by Westbrook and Kevin Durant during their postgame press conference. He also said a nightclub or “Dancing with the Stars” are better places for dancing, not a basketball game.

There will no doubt be some who say Villanueva is being the fun police and raining on the parade of Westbrook and Payne. Others will call him a curmudgeon. Either way, Charlie Villanueva is not here for your dancing at basketball games. Take that somewhere else, like the local late night spot.
