Sometimes, TV microphones pick up the trash talk that happens during NBA games, and we got a great example of it on Saturday.
As Lance Stephenson shot free throws, we heard DeAndre Jordan get on his former teammate for having a bit too much to say. Be warned, there is inappropriate language.
“Get a couple layups and and start talking s—,” Jordan is heard saying. “Shut your a– up.”
The Clippers offloaded Stephenson at the trade deadline, and there is apparently no love lost between the former teammates. Of course, Stephenson is no stranger to trash talk. Perhaps he can send Jordan his highlight reel, as he’s done before. That should quiet him down.
