DeMarcus Cousins and George Karl still don’t appear to be getting along too well.
The Sacramento Kings have suspended Cousins for a game for what they call “conduct detrimental to the team,” per Yahoo! Sports’s Marc J. Spears. A source told him that this incident on the bench in which Cousins went off on Karl was the reason for the suspension.

What was that all about? According to Kings radio reporter Sean Cunningham, Cousins felt like Karl doesn’t stick up for them enough.

From what I've heard, DeMarcus Cousins directed frustration at George Karl for not having his players' backs/coming to their defense

It's a similar instance to what players have griped about all season with their coach – no energy, fire in games – not standing up for them

Things apparently didn’t get any better after the game.
DeMarcus Cousins continued to vent at George Karl after the in-game confrontation, per sources. Got into it w/GM Vlade Divac, too.

This is not the first time Cousins and Karl have tangled this season, and Karl has reportedly been on the brink of being fired twice. The environment in Sacramento seems downright toxic.
