Devin Booker set to miss multiple games with hamstring injury
Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker said Monday he’ll likely miss several games with a hamstring injury.
Booker sustained a rather significant-looking hamstring injury Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers, and has no timetable for his return. It appears likely he’ll miss more than the three games his previous hamstring injury cost him.
Booker said it’ll take a little more time to come back this time. Missed 3 games last time. No timetable.

The Suns will miss Booker dearly, but they have just four wins on the season and are in full-on tank mode. He might appreciate the mental break from the frustrations of playing on an awful team, and while they’ll never admit it publicly, they won’t be in any hurry to rush Booker back, as they’re likely to lose a lot of games without him in the lineup and better position themselves for the NBA Draft Lottery.
