Drake covers Warriors tattoos with armband
Drake wasn’t wearing an armband at Game 1 of the NBA Finals for the fashion statement. It actually served a practical purpose.
The Toronto native and Raptors ambassador/superfan was wearing an armband to cover up his Golden State Warriors tattoos. He has a “30 gifted” tattoo for Steph Curry and later added a “35 snipe” tattoo to his arm.
Drake really covered up his Warriors tattoos with an armband. Taking bandwagon to a whole new level! #NBAFinals2019 pic.twitter.com/H3SBDKlQeg

When @drake is cheering for the @Raptors but supposedly had “Golden State(@warriors) running practice at my house” & still has his @StephenCurry30 “30 Gifted” & @KDTrey5 “35 Snipe” tattoos! This is gonna be epic! pic.twitter.com/BfNe7EP3Jn

Drake is a general sports fan, even if his allegiances lie with the Raptors. Having tattoos supporting two of the greatest players ever does not make him less of a Raptors fan.
What does make him a great fan is his choice of attire, like the jersey he used to troll the Curry family in Game 1.
